      Verdict

      None of these have looked like winning so far and Dreams Unwind was still beaten five lengths when second at Newbury on her earlier debut. She steps up in trip along with stablemate Fast Moon but BRANWELL gets a speculative vote. He’s fitted with headgear having faded in the closing stages over a mile at Haydock on his introduction and Charlie Appleby’s yard won the first two of the three previous renewals. Auriferous never figured at Salisbury, though a winner has come out of that race, while Shady Cove may prove best of the rest.
