Verdict
Field Gun missed an engagement at Newcastle yesterday but this is a lot tougher than when second there last week. Boy In The Bar won a Class 2 contest over track and trip recently but his chance is compromised by today’s high draw and GALLIPOLI (NAP) is preferred. He also drops in class having finished third to the progressive Victory Wave here last month and Richard Fahey’s charge gets another chance on that form. Khamry returned from a lay-off with a disappointing effort on his handicap debut but Dark Profit is back on a winning mark and finished in front of Saluti when placed at Lingfield. Island Cloud and Starboy have both looked high enough in the weights since winning during the summer.
