Legal Shark is penalised for last week's win at Lingfield and Baileys En Premier remains 8lb higher than when landing a course and distance double back in June. Mr Soprano won at Kempton off an 8lb lower mark last month while Royal Blessing and Je T'aime Encore both picked up selling contests on the Turf last time with the former preferred. But THE HAPPY HAMMER was beaten only a length over track and trip in a higher grade handicap early in the year and he gets a speculative vote racing off the same mark today.
