        Verdict

        Desert Order makes a belated reappearance having ended last year with a victory over 7f at Newmarket. Tacarib Bay won a Listed contest dropped down to 6f at Newcastle but FANTASTIC FOX (NAP) is preferred over today’s trip having landed a double with last month’s success at the latter track. He remains on a winning mark despite a 4lb rise and is also preferred to last year’s winner Excel Power while Lord Bertie has been switched to a new trainer having won twice for the Haggas yard.
