      Verdict

BRAINS took advantage of a slide down the weights when romping home at Kempton last month. He remains on a winning mark despite an 8lb hike and can confirm running with the runner-up Mawkeb. The latter subsequently boosted the form when scoring over track and trip but Boafo Boy is upped in distance having won over 7f at Newcastle. Counsel is fitted with a tongue-tie and may prove best of the rest.
