Plenty with claims in a decent sprint including recent course and distance winner Bosham. The latter is 6lb higher today but won a shade cosily last time while Tropics beat Compas Scoobie over track and trip in March but has been beaten over 6f subsequently. UDONTDODOU has won four of only five starts at this venue and went close at Kempton the last time he raced on the all-weather. Richard Guest’s charge looks capable of winning again off his current mark and gets the nod back on this surface. Requinto Dawn won at Catterick recently but this is much tougher while Zamjar won a lower grade contest here last month though is still preferred to stablemates Jumira Bridge and Goldream.
