      Verdict

      SAMSON made a winning racecourse debut in a bumper over today's trip at Towcester. But he's bred for the Flat and today's opposition look nothing out of the ordinary. Harlestone Hopes and Kelly's Finest are both pretty exposed and the latter was still beaten seven lengths when third over track and trip on Monday. Declan was also a long way behind the winner when runner-up at Wolverhampton and Hank Williams finished last of 10 in a bumper on his debut in October.
