      Verdict

      Fire Fighting does most of his winning over 1m4f nowadays as when scoring at Lingfield last month but he drops down a grade for this. By contrast, Maratha will find this tougher than when winning at Wolverhampton last time while Swilly Sunset and Mutamaded have both been of the track since September. OASIS CHARM has been absent even longer but went close in a tough handicap at Newmarket last summer. He should make a bold bid in this lower grade on his return with Charlie Appleby’s yard remaining in fine form.
