Della Valle has so far proved best on soft ground as when scoring at Windsor on her latest start. It was also soft underfoot when Age of Elegance was placed at Ayr while The Begum won a maiden at the same track last time but beat little and will find this tougher. Haddajah can be forgiven a poor run over 1m4f in heavy ground at Newmarket given she had won on the Polytrack at Lingfield before that but MIGHTY LADY (NAP) is preferred. Robyn Brisland’s filly found one too good when sent off favourite at Chester just two days ago but was clear of the rest and can make amends in this.
