In depth

Verdict

Storm Catcher forced a dead-heat to complete a course and distance double but is upped a grade for this. The Bay Warrior found the former too good on both occasions but ROSA DEL RIO has enough scope to come out best. The latter was beaten less than a length at Newcastle on her handicap debut and today’s first-time visor will likely bring further progress. Deep Sigh is fitted with cheekpieces as she steps back up in trip.
