        Verdict

        A winner at Maisons-Laffitte in October, WANAWAY returned with a bang when landing a Listed race over a slightly shorter trip here in March. She beat Yann Barberot’s pair Abama and My Love’s Passion a shade cosily and looks to have strengthened up over the winter. Bavaria Baby also looks held on that form but her stablemate Porcelaine ran well when fourth on the all-weather here in March and could be interesting if translating that form to Turf. Mutal made a winning reappearance over the trip at Toulouse and should again beat Xaaros while Wooded is capable of running well fresh.
