Verdict

Despite finishing third last time at Wetherby, Da Vinci Hand was still beaten 24 lengths. Claret Dabbler’s third here two weeks ago was easily his best run to date over fences and he wouldn’t need much more to land this with Hereford and Sedgefield winner Obey The Rules failing to cope with a further 8lb rise at Leicester. GETAWAY JEWEL twice ran well around here over hurdles and starts off over the larger obstacles at a realistic level so gets the nod.
