Verdict

Tokyo Jo gets the vote in this opener with Granny Peel and Sad Times rated as the main dangers. The selection ran well last time last time out when finishing second behind Granny Peel at Redcar. That was only her second run so she is open to a little more improvement than Granny Peel and for that reason she should be capable of turning the tables today. Sad Times has had four outings already and although she put in a fair effort last time she looks worth taking on. Afric Star is a fair sort but has had plenty of chances and for the winner we will stick with Tokyo Jo.
