In depth

Verdict

Loch Linnhe ran so well when just beaten at Newcastle that he started favourite at Market Rasen three weeks ago but fluffed his lines after leading to the last. Brian Hughes takes over from a conditional on Boruma, who ran well on his penultimate start here in December but poorly on a return visit a few days later. Aptly Put has yet to win but ran his best race to date when stepping up in trip at Fakenham last time and this won't take much winning while Let's Get At It scored on soft going at Market Rasen on Boxing Day but was well beaten on much quicker ground on a return visit. IT'S ALL ABOUT ME (NAP) showed her first sign of ability at Hexham in November and continued that progress when an unlucky loser over this track and trip on New Year's Day. Her rider lost an iron after a bad mistake two out but she was only beaten half-a-length at the finish and compensation awaits.
