Verdict

Summerlea has been runner-up three times here recently and not beaten far in any of them. He had a run on the Flat last week but he's climbing the weights without winning. He was a head behind Cumbrian Farmer in the first of those races and the latter should confirm the form on these terms. INDIGO ISLAND ran his best race to date behind Willie Hall at Sedgefield when Grand Vintage wasn't far behind. There could be some improvement from Robert Bewley's five-year-old who gets the nod in a moderate contest.
