SILVER TIGRESS was unfortunate when behind Hal Of A Lover at Musselburgh and made no mistake when beating that rival over the same C&D subsequently. She's on the upgrade and will enjoy any cut in the ground so this looks hers for the taking. Black Pond isn't the most consistent of performers but has dropped 12lb in the handicap since June and this is more his level. Al Furat ran easily his best race to date when stepped up markedly to this trip here last month and is progressing well enough to be a threat. Lady Intrigue has a strong pedigree and, though she's hardly picked her feet up in three maidens, she begins her handicap career on a very lowly mark and may have some improvement in her.
