    Verdict

GIANT’S TREASURE cost 525,000gns as a yearling but was sold for only 60,000gns in February. However, he made an immediate impact for Richard Hannon at Wolverhampton in March and further progress is likely now with David O’Meara. Balestra won a Bath maiden last summer but hasn’t raced since October. Mudawwan is having a first run in this country so is probably best watched and it’s impossible to make much of a case for the other pair.
