        Verdict

        DREAM POET finished behind Stronsay at Carlisle last month but the Beverley winner may well reverse that form on 3lb better terms and is just preferred to Rockshore. The latter has been making gradual progress and is having only his second run on Turf, though there are going concerns. Aussie View was third on his handicap debut over track and trip in July but has never encountered a surface as soft as this before while Five Helmets was well beaten when tackling easy ground at Newmarket in the summer. Two Blondes is preferred to Thierry of the others.
