Gullane One disappointed at Carlisle having escaped a penalty for an earlier win at the same track with LINCOLN GAMBLE back in fifth. That was the latter’s first outing of the year and he looks capable of finishing much closer in an open sprint. Alex Gracie should also be sharper for last week’s second at Nottingham while Redzone posted a better effort at Thirsk last time. Alsvinder won an amateurs’ race over the minimum trip at Ayr recently but Stronsay never figured at the same track a couple of days ago.
