The latter finished runner-up to Elegant Verse, now rated 90, at Redcar last time and can go one better over this longer trip. Firebolt is a likely improver and Menelaus posted a better effort at Thirsk while the newcomer Herman The German is a brother to a winner and half-brother to another.
