In depth

Verdict

Irish raider VEE DANCER easily landed the odds in a conditionals' race at Huntingdon escaped a penalty for Saturday's equally-facile success at Hereford. He has 7lb extra here but a quick hat-trick looks on the cards despite this being a tougher handicap. Quick Draw is another going for a quick three-timer and he also goes unpenalised for completing a Uttoxeter double a week ago. Fevertre stepped up to this trip for the first time on his reappearance at Carlisle and was well supported but couldn't quite hold off Stolen Money, who was receiving 7lb. Accordingtogino has been chasing but the last time he ran over hurdles in March last year he beat two rivals at Wetherby. Teescomponentstrig hasn't run since that same month.
