In depth

Verdict

Lothian Falcon, Colourful Life and The Last Viking are the three to consider here with The Last Viking getting the vote. Colourful Life put in an improved effort at Wetherby last time, and although he hasnt won since March last year and seems to lack a finishing kick, he is respected. The Last Viking chased home Rothbury in a competitive Aintree contest that has worked out well before scoring in game fashion at Ayr last time. He looks sure to be thereabouts. Lothian Falcon finished off last season winning two of his last three chases but has not run since May. He may just need the run today though. The Last Vikingt can conquer all here.
