Hard to have much confidence in any of this bunch but APPLEJACK LAD was runner-up over track and trip on his penultimate start and may prove good enough. Merchant Of Medici has won for an amateur before and Toboggan's Gift won at Southwell earlier in the year and was placed over hurdles in May. Chauvelin won off a lower mark at Hamilton last month but Glasgon and Natalia have something to prove over this longer trip.
