    Verdict

    Ripon winner PIECE BY PIECE went close to following up at Newcastle last time when finding only one too good in the shape of the unbeaten Parc De Launay. That's easily the best form on offer and Tim Easterby's charge will be a short-price to go one better in this company. Judas Jo won over the minimum trip here on her debut and will find life easier in this grade after failing to figure in the Albany Stakes at Ascot while Meanwhile opened her account at Wolverhampton last week and she should be thereabouts again. Flying Pickets won a Redcar seller and will need to improve to figure, as will Koalition.
