        Verdict

        Camanche Grey never looked like catching the winner when runner-up at Hamilton last time but finished a length in front of Compton River. Whipphound won over 6f at Thirsk on his penultimate start and has scored over track and trip before while Miss Uppity hasn’t won anywhere yet but went close to doing so when caught at the line over 6f at Brighton. LYDIATE LADY is upped 4lb for winning at Southwell but was successful off today’s mark at Carlisle last year and Eric Alston’s mare is taken to make another bold bid in this.
