Verdict

BAZBALL was fourth in the Rous Stakes at York and a mark of 57 does not appear onerous on a handicap debut. She will, however, need to reverse form with Beverley winner Travel Candy on the evidence of that formline. Roger Fell and Sean Murray are mob handed and Heroic Angel is of some appeal with his apprentice rider’s claim coming into play. Foxfield has offered little so far though the yard recently arrested a losing run and a mark of 49 could underestimate her abilities. Lochaber races prominently and will try to make a bold bid for honours.
