Verdict

Upagainstit went for £45,000 after finishing runner-up to an odds-on chance at Quakerstown in November with the remainder well beaten. Big Ears has never really got involved in two starts to date but TOUCAN SAM showed major progress from her debut to run Gaelic Park close at Warwick and should go one better unless there's something decent amongst the newcomers. Broomhill Daisy is related to two winning hurdlers but was engaged in the 4.50 at Newcastle yesterday while Split The Bill is a half-brother to two winning bumpers. Carole's Pass is by Authorized out of a winning bumper/hurdler while Spicy Dubai is a half-sister to a winner on the Flat.
