Glyder gained her only victory to date over the minimum at this fixture last year though has never proved herself over today's extra furlong. The last three times COOL STRUTTER has run from this mark he's been placed. He's on a very long losing run but this could be his day. Bee Machine needed every yard of 7f when scoring here in April and could only be considered if the ground turned soft. Jack Blane hardly ever runs away from the all-weather tracks these days and has never won on Turf while Silk Mill Blue has never reached a place in 13 starts. Sir Geoffrey has won around here and his recent poor effort at Nottingham was on soft ground.
