Verdict

MIGHTY MOON is the selection with They All Laughed and Step This Way as the alternatives. Richard Fahey's charge has improved throughout the winter over hurdles and having ran well at this course in the past, a cogent argument can be made for him being potentially well treated at present. They All Laughed landed one or two nice bets at Southwell. He seems at his best for the application of blinkers but it is interesting to see him back over this trip. Step This Way is respected from the Mark Johnston stable. Backers will need to forgive her a blowout at Pontefract on her final start of last season. River Ardeche finished second over hurdles at this track in January. He had won a seller on the fibresand at Southwell. Overrule has dropped down the weights dramatically while Bergonzi hails from a yard where the winners are not exactly firing in at present. Mighty Moon is the selection.
