Hexham runner-up Brother Scott is 1-27 over fences so looks a risky proposition and is closely matched with Dica on collateral form. The latter was no match for Da Baba Elephant at Hexham but the winner has won again since. Sendiym alternates between hurdles and fences but will like the going whereas conditions are likely to be testing for dual course winner Volcanic Jack. Bankhall has to lead but Kevin Bishop has sent him up from Somerset so he’s respected. JAUNTY THOR has not set the world alight over fences so far but is dropped in grade for this and is taken to come good dropped another 3lb.
