These large-field chases are quite a spectacle around this unique circuit and we'll go with ALF 'N' DOR in the hope he won't 'bounce' after returning from a 436-day break to land a gutsy success at Ayr on debut for the Reed yard - the first noteworthy form shown since the spring of 2019. He is tempting off a mark of 98 and gets the nod. The likes of Damiens Dilemma and Mah Mate Bob are reliable but are probably where the handicapper wants them - ditto Outcrop at the head of the weights.
