LAMB OR COD is certainly not one for the mortgage in this contest for veterans but ran a really good race last time after a break when runner-up at Newton Abbot and has every chance if able to replicate that level. It must be said that he's not always been the most reliable but does look one to be with here off what is a very decent mark. Seldom Inn hasn't won since March last year but is generally solid and reliable and is another who appears feasibly treated. Silver Man has to make the shortlist due to his strong record here, whilst Goodtoknow and Gonalston Cloud, closely matched on their running in the early spring, cannot be left out of calculations either.
