One for point-to-point aficionados with little form under Rules to assess although Mister D is an exception as he's plenty of experience over timber and put up a really good effort in a decent hunter chase at Kelso recently. On that evidence he'll be a leading player here but the fact that he's yet to get his head in front during his career does temper enthusiasm somewhat. In comparison, MASTER BUTCHER has a pleasing record between the flags and ran a solid third in a decent enough hunter chase at Perth last month, a run which suggested that this drop in trip would be to his advantage. He hails from good connections and receives a hopeful vote. Newspage and Kilmacallogue Bay also turn up in good form from the pointing arena and it would not surprise should either be involved at the business end.
