Verdict

GLAN Y GORS has an exceptionally modest strike rate but his sole success over fences was obtained here and the forecast going shouldn’t be a problem. We'll Go Again never got a clear run at Market Rasen when it mattered so would be deserving of some good fortune today. Ensel Du Perche was the winner on that occasion and he has been handed a 4lb rise for a rather unheralded success. Ardera Cross won back-to-back races at Ayr in February and the handicapper has made life difficult for the veteran since. Hungry Tiger made all to win here three weeks ago on going that will be markedly different from the surface he’ll experience today.
