Solway Dornal was a well-beaten fifth here on Saturday over fences and makes more appeal reverting to timber off a workable mark. The Mongolian is the dark horse of the race and showed promise when fourth to Crookstown at Perth. He's lightly-raced and is one to keep and eye on. In contrast, Galley Slave has no secrets from the assessor but usually delivers a sound effort and has place claims. EXECUTIVE'S HALL scored here in 2011 over this trip but has not found the winner's enclosure again since scoring in the summer of that year, looking in the handicapper's grip. However, he's in fair form and his liking of this track could count for plenty. Nez Rouge has topweight to deal with but has gone well enough for the Twiston-Davies team the last twice to enter contention.
