In depth

Verdict

Licklighter, well placed by Laura Morgan to land two of his last three starts, is only 1lb higher for his gallant Perth success. He could well maintain his good run but DRESSEDFORSUCCESS has won two of his three starts around here, was especially impressive on debut for James Moffatt and Charlotte Jones and still appeals as being fairly treated despite a hefty 10lb rise. He can be another winner for the local team. Empire De Maulde scored decisively over 3m1f at Aintree and is one for the shortlist despite being raised 8lb as he's compiling a useful record over fences. Looksnowtlikebrian is down to a workable mark but does need to up his game.
