Miami Explorer is going the right way and can open her account ahead of Golden Reward and Sachsenwalzer in the finale. Nothing really stands out too much but Paul Webber's filly does at least have scope to improve and meets nothing of the calibre of her Worcester conqueror Tulipa here. Although she would ideally be suited by a step up in trip on breeding, she can make the most of the weight that she receives to oblige. Golden Reward held his head rather high when soundly beaten at Wetherby but comes from a decent stable and can progress, maybe without being good enough on this occasion. Sachsenwalzer improved markedly when third at Perth and Chris Grant's German import is another that can win a minor maiden hurdle at least on that evidence. For now though, we return to Miami Explorer to show them the way home in the last.
