Deep Winter was lucky to get the race last time via a stewards enquiry but this race should be run more to suit and she can complete the hat-trick at the main expense of fellow treble-seeking Natural Rhythm, whilst Castlebury should not be overlooked either. Richard Fahey's daughter of Pivotal would not the ground to be too quick today, but she looks progressive. She should get a stronger gallop today and with the longer trip and stiff finish in her favour, a 2lb rise for her recent run could underestimate her. Natural Rhythm has taken his last two races in good fashion but that last run was on desperate ground and this is a quick reappearance so it might just come too soon. Castlebury and Bourse are both fairly consistent and looks players, whilst Kargan is unexposed but his recent form has been badly let down. Beauchamp Warrior is unexposed and could be capable of better now encountering quicker ground, whilst Madison Heights should be fully fit now after two runs this season. Top Man Dan ran well last time in an apprentice race at Beverley but this demands more and so we will return to Deep Winter to carry top-weight to victory.
