Verdict

Acadian Angel returns to 7f for his handicap debut after winning a maiden race over 6f at Pontefract. But HEIR OF EXCITEMENT (NAP) was second in this grade at the latter track on his latest start and can go one better racing off the same mark today. Il Sicario escaped a penalty for winning at Beverley but failed to take advantage when only third at Leicester and Hollywood Harry makes more appeal after going close at Ayr a fortnight ago.
