In depth

Verdict

LA PULGA has a penalty for a debut victory at Sandown and didn't get the best of runs in a Newmarket nursery last month so can make amends. King Of York has had two runs at Haydock, the latest when not handling the soft ground. He remains potentially useful while Wootun'sun stayed on nicely over 6f at Redcar once getting the hang of the job and should improve markedly. Teddy's Profit is another likely improver after a fair debut at Newcastle.
