Verdict

Windforpower still looks a shade high in the weights but is usually thereabouts and finished ahead of Majestic Manannan last time. Another Royal remains 7lb higher than when landing a double at Redcar in October but Taffetta can race off the same mark as when winning a maiden race over 5f at Beverley last month and may figure. CHOOKIE'S LASS scored off a higher mark over course distance in August and was beaten only a head at Hamilton last time. She looks set for a return to winning ways with Newcastle winner Savannah Beau and A J Cook others to consider.
