It could pay to side with NATIVE CITY in this handicap chase and he gets the vote over Getinbybutonlyjust and Catch The Perk. The selection is in great form and he is chasing the hat-trick today. He won with plenty in hand when last seen out at Southwell in August when he beat Great Grimsby and he shapes as though there might be a bit more to come. Getinbybutonlyjust does handle today's ground but he is at his best with plenty of give underfoot and unless the rain arrives and gets into the ground he could be one to swerve. Lucinda Russell won this race last year but it is hard to see her following suit today with Nelliedonethat who appears to have plenty to find with the principles. Her other runner Catch The Perk is of more interest as he ran another sound race at Perth last month, but the simple fact is that he isn't as good as he once was. Potts of Magic is a capable sort on his day but he seems to have lost the plot this year and he is readily opposed. Native City looks to be on an upward curve and he can win again.
