      Verdict

      All of these have been in winning form this year, though Special Code will find this tougher than the seller he won at Beverley in May and Soie D'leau's victory at Newcastle came in a maiden race. Honeysuckle Lil bids for a hat-trick raised a further 6lb having won over 6f at Ripon and Leicester while Patrick scored over the same distance at Nottingham in May. But FOXTROT KNIGHT has recorded all his three victories so far over the minimum trip and, dropping back down a grade after a fourth on the all-weather, Ruth Carr's charge gets the nod.
