Verdict

Strummer has yet to encounter soft going but went close over 7f here in May when ahead of The Name's Paver. Catastrophe was narrowly beaten at Pontefract in October but makes a belated seasonal debut along with Pontefract maiden winner Yorkee Mo Sabee. Muroor has yet to threaten in handicaps but BRONTE FLYER will find this easier than her reappearance in better company at Haydock. She made a winning start over track and trip last year and Ann Duffield’s filly can go close if handling today’s underfoot conditions.
