Plenty of in-form runners in this including top weight Quoteline Direct and Island Song, though the letter might be caught out by this step up in grade. Crazy Tornado has to race from 3lb out of the handicap but came back to form at Hamilton on Saturday. Prosecution doesn’t know how to run a bad race while Iconic Belle has won three of her last four, though all in small fields. LADIES FIRST (NAP) beat an in-form rival over track and trip on her reappearance and has gone close in both starts since. She’s still heading in the right direction and has the experienced Joanna Mason doing the steering. Mustaqbal and Cadeau Magnifique are others to consider but Thornaby Nash may be a bigger danger as he was an easy winner at Redcar last week.
