Spin Cast should go well here if returning to 2012 form and should be all the better for a first start for the Kirby team when finishing in mid-division at Newcastle over this trip. The concern is the extra 2f whereas Call Of Duty will be very well suited going back up in trip. Last successful over 1m4f off a mark of 66, the Sayer gelding and course winner should be really competitive off a mark of 60. Exning Halt, Rosselli and Royal Sea all enter the equation but EBONY EXPRESS is the preference. The 4-y-o Swinbank gelding has only had eight runs to date and is arguably the only member of the field open to improvement. A winner over 1m4f on his penultimate start, his smooth-travelling hold-up style should be ideally complemented by Rachael Green and the combination can close proceedings with a success.
