Verdict
The last of today’s finals and FOREST DES AIGLES looks sure to go close. He’s now won two of only six starts over fences after scoring at Hexham on his first outing since April and Lucinda Russell’s charge has enough scope to defy a 6lb rise. Brother Scott also has strong claims on his recent second over course and distance given he finished in front of fourth-placed Tikkandemickey with Calivigny further behind while Voyage A New York has slipped down the weights and was third at Ayr recently when well ahead of The Orange Rogue. The latter and Rosquero were both due to run at Newcastle yesterday but Oscar O'scar makes more appeal off his current mark on a comeback fourth at Sedgefield with Amuse Me well beaten.
