Round The Island is the senior runner in this but he has been staging something of a revival this term and has place claims again. Gullane One won here last month and found only one too good at Catterick 12 days ago but, in between, was almost seven lengths behind SINGE ANGLAIS over track and trip. Stallone was also well beaten in that contest and Nigel Tinkler’s four-year-old is only 2lb higher now. Royal Prospect didn’t get the run of the race behind Langholm at Musselburgh in June and is now a massive 12lb better off so worth a market check.
