Richard Guest has made an excellent start to his training career and can add to the tally by steering home Our Armageddon in a race that lacks strength in depth. The son of Sky Chase confirmed the promise of previous efforts when taking the notable scalp of Tees Components at Newcastle in December and was then far from disgraced when third off a mark of 120 in handicap company the following month. The six-year-old is open to further improvement and should take all the beating back at this level before hopefully taking up an engagement in the County Hurdle at the Festival. Jonjo O'Neill continues in cracking form and The Pennys Dropped, who showed some ability in bumpers, looked unlucky not to score over hurdles last time. The son of Bob's Return was clear when falling two out at Bangor last month and looks capable of going close in a race of this nature while Sikasso is held by the selection on Newcastle form. Spree Vision has been well below his best of late and has plenty to find on these terms while Supreme Novice Hurdle entry Pachincho showed nothing on his recent debut at Taunton.
