Rhode Island Red, What's For Tea and Threestoneburn are the three to look at here, with Rhode Island Red a tentative selection to come out on top. Threestoneburn showed some ability as a juvenile, but after two disappointing runs this season she has been dropped four pounds in the handicap. She handles this ground though and can turn in an improved effort. What's For Tea may be a three time winner in claimers and a seller, but he is yet to win in handicap company. He was well beaten into second last time by a useful type in a claimer, and can hit the frame in this modest contest. Rhode Island Red is still a maiden but his winning turn is not far away judged by a good fourth on a similar surface at Warwick last time. The third has won since, the runner-up has finished second again, and the winner has also run well to be placed, so the form looks very solid in the context of this race. This seems a good chance for Rhode Island Red to get off the mark.
